Bare Escentuals has a brand new Fashion face kit called Pretty wild. I recently received it and the name is correct - it is pretty and is quite wild.
It is a 5 piece make-up the value of a label of really great price of $31.50. I feel it is a very good value and you get a lot for your money-bare minerals makeup.
The kit includes:
Flagship Blush (pink bloom reflections)
Impeccable definition Mascara in black blue
Quite incredible vivacity Lipcolor (wild rose)
Violetta Eyecolor (tarnished lilac)
Greenhouse Eyecolor (Earth green)
It's small sizes of everything - the blush is in a container of coloured regular eye size and color of the eye are smaller. The mascara and lip color are also smaller than the regular, full size. I have absolutely no problem with that - in fact, I wish that there is more available in smaller sizes kits.
The box is really nice and very well done. There is an interior part that you see when you open it and then you flip this page to reveal the contents of the kit.
The inclusion of plastic lifts, you leaving a nice make-up storage box.
Bare Escentuals says are makeup trends and hottest colors right now. They are right on the trend as I am concerned. The colors of the eye are not those which would normally select for myself, which is what makes it so fun. It's really nice to take a break in the "same old, same old".
Here are products applied to my internal arm. The first element is the Mascara blue/black. On my arm, it seems very blue. On my eyelashes, it seems to mostly black, but I like the color.
I am not too sure of the Violetta Eyecolor for me. It is really light - lighter that I wear normally - but I like anything in purple family, then I am ready to give it a go. I'll play with it to see what I can do with it.
The greenhouse Eyecolor was the biggest surprise for me. I do not think that I have a green eye color and it is possible that I have never owned one. But I like it, I mean really, I like it and is very similar with my Brown eyes. In the image, the top of the page swatch is it dry, the second is mixed with Eye Primer, Prime-Time and used as an eyeliner. I think I like it as an eyeliner even better than the shade of eye - but I like it both ways.
Blush Floret is beautiful - a light pink beautiful and it could be possible that I have already enough Rose Red, but never mind - it is really fun and I know that I will wear it. More with smaller, it will be wonderful for the trip.
Lip colour looks darker on my arm on my lips. It really is a large near-neutral mauve-y colour which could be worn all the time. I like it much better than the other incredible Lipcolors, I tried.
Overall, I think it is great value for money and a very nice look. I have the average skin with cool undertones. I do not think that these colors would be better on the tones of fresh skin or on neutral warms. Also, I think it would be absolutely incredible on anyone with cool blue or hazel eyes and undertones.
